Relationship between Situation of Compensation System and Human Resource Productivity among Staff of Shiraz Medical University

Objective of writing present article is to study relation between compensation situation and human resources system among staffs of Shiraz medical university. Statistic community ,is staffs of Shiraz medical university including( managers, experts, and employees),totally 800 persons which sample of research by way of random category with use of Cochran sampling formula 288 persons were selected . Means of data collecting in this research is questionnaire which is made of two standard and researcher questionnaires. For analysis of data we used SPSS software has been used and by way of descriptive and expansion statistics (Pearson Correlation coefficient, z Fisher examine). Results showed that between compensation system (financial and nonfinancial) and human resources productivity there is a meaningful relation. Moreover, results of research stated that between compensation system situation and human resource productivity with demographic characteristics (education level, experience, job title) there is a meaningful relation.
